Virgopass allows you to sell your services / your content directly to your websites, mobile sites and applications via the payment solutions that we put at your disposal (SMS, premium callings, web & mobile payments).
How does it work?
Simply install our scripts on your websites so your users can easily pay their purchases.
Your users buy an access code, they text it on your website in order to access the service or the content sold.
You get a payout after each code used.

What are the different types of payment means?
Premium calling
This is a call to a premium rate number commonly called “IVR”.
The cost of this call is charged on your phone service bill. There are a large number of tariff rate for value added services. The one uses to generate a Virgopass code is a 0899 (1.35€ on call + 0.34€ per minute)
SMS + : Premium SMS
The premium SMS is a way to pay by text message (depending on the tariff level used) a service or content. This amount will be billed directly on the mobile phone user’s bill.
Web billing: Internet +
The french ISP Payment solutions opens to more than 30 million subscribers (Orange, SFR / Neuf, Alice / Free). Your purchases are billed directly to your internet subscription. Once payment is confirmed on the website of the ISP, the access code is issued to your client.
Mobile billing: Internet + Mobile
Internet + Mobile is the French solution to bill payments in two clicks directly on your mobile operator bill. Your client, after completing his mobile number on your site, receives a text message inviting him to confirm the payment through the wapsite of the mobile operator.

How are define the Virgopass code price?
These are provided by telecom, mobile or Internet operators. They determine their uses and tariff levels on their on side. we just have to apply those rules and pricing policy.
All we can do is to select by country and tariff levels the most useful for the monetization of your services / content.
However, if a tariff level or country is missing, please contact your account manager.
Does my incomes include the charging cost from the bank?
Why payouts are different form of payment means to another?
Mobile operators payouts are less advantageous than that telecoms operators payouts which is worse than Internet operators…
How do you earn your living?

We make money on volume developed by all of our merchants!
Where can I view my earnings and trigger my payment?
We communicate the details of your income and your history of payments through a self invoice so you can send us your invoices.
What are the payment terms?
Fill in all your banking information.
Reaching the minimum charge which is fixed at 50€ per month. This minimum resets from the beginning of each month.
Demanding payment at the beginning of each month. (Eg: you’ve signed up since March 16, we are on May 5, you can request payment for all your traffic on the months gone entirely (March / or April depending on whether you’ve made your payment request for March).
What happens if I do not reach the minimum charge?
How can I calculate my payout boosters?
Our payouts policy is simple, more you sell codes, more you increase your unit payout!
We have defined 3 ranges corresponding to a volume of codes sold per month.

The calculation of the boosters is made by country / per payment means and tariff level;
The volume of each tariff level is recorded independently;
The period considered is monthly (1st to last day of the month);
The counters are reset at the beginning of each month.
You have all the elements to calculate your income and make your projections.
On your back-office, we will record each code according to these boosters.

You have no obligation to implement your website in a minute. You can configure your services when your website goes live.
Can I choose code duration?
Your code can be configured either at duration (range from 1 minute up to 10 days) or access (up to 5 times).
This choice can be done done on the product / document configuration page.
Am I free to integrate the Virgopass solution as I wish?
Is Virgopass compliant with all websites?
However websites entirely in flash may encounter some difficulties of integration.

What banking information do I have to provide?

How can I track my payments?
This table gives you an accurate record of your demands by summarizing the number of your self invoice, its amount and its treatment in real time (date of demand, the date of the invoice, date of payment…)

Do I pay taxes on my income?
Knowing that, each case is unique, we recommend you contact your local tax office.
When can I apply to be paid?
If all the payment conditions are met and upon receipt of your invoice, you will be paid as soon as possible.
How will you pay me?
To complete your bank details, go on your back-office and fill in your Profil page / Banking info.

Why do my earnings are at 0?
If you have not reached the minimum amount of 50€ per month, your earnings are historized.
Gains of the current month will be added to the gains of the previous months so you can reach the minimum charge of 50 €.
